We are now seeking an engaged and driven Client Executive to join our Asset Management Distribution team in Sweden. In this role, you will focus on pension insurance market and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure our clients receive top-quality service and advice.
About the Role:
As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for owning, managing and establishing strong client relationships within pension insurance segment, whilst contributing towards the whole Distribution team goals.
You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing clients both external and internal, driving continuous service improvements, aiming to retain business and identify new opportunities within the segment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Own, manage and establish strong client relationships (both internal and external) with focus on pension market via pro-active approach and focus on client satisfaction.
- Engage with clients in diverse matters including product development, strategy and impactful, top-quality activities and communication.
- Leading the strategy to create more visibility and activity within the Pension insurance segment, especially within the broker market
- Attend and lead client meetings, as well as handle follow-up processes.
- Align clients' investment needs with relevant internal and external product offerings and collaborate to find new business opportunities and solutions.
- Active approach to strategic fund communication through internal and external channels, presenting and moderating in internal and client events
- Excellent collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure aligned communication and top customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A relevant university degree or equivalent and over 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- High capacity to deliver quality service to demanding clients.
- Good understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and regulations and familiarity with SEB’s products and service offerings.
- Business acumen and in-depth pension insurance industry knowledge.
- High standards and a commitment to contributing to the team spirit with a positive and open-minded approach.
