Graduate Trainee Program

As a Graduate Trainee at Lantmännen, you’ll get a unique start to your career within a group that makes a difference across the entire value chain. Over 15 months, you’ll explore four different roles across sectors and functions, gaining broad experience, valuable insights, and a network that stretches across industries and borders.
You’ll also take part in dedicated trainings focused on leadership, personal development, and strategic business thinking. It’s a journey that will challenge you, inspire you — and help you break new ground.
