Are you ready to take on responsibility in a global business? Do you want to accelerate your career and keep yourself moving in the right direction? Trygg-Hansa offers a global two-year programme aimed at talents looking for a technical career within financial services.

We look for newly graduates in actuarial, mathematics, law, engineering, economics and business studies. We want smart forward thinking people with analytical skills and creativity in equal measure, as well as a good degree. We have high expectations to our Graduates in terms of thinking strategically, building effective relations and delivering results in our business. You also need to be up to speed on social, economic, legal and technological changes.
