Please meet Emelie Toll, CRM & Retention Manager, Sweden.

“What is your role at BMW Financial Services?”

I am working as a CRM and Retention Manager in Sweden. This means that I work with the communication and marketing towards our existing customers. I want to make sure we keep them happy and that they keep coming back to us when they reach the end of their contracts.

“What is your background?”

I studied Marketing at Växjö University and have a Bachelor of Social Science in Marketing. Before I started to work for BMW Financial Services I worked for three and a half years at KONE, one of the global leaders in the elevator and escalator industry. I started as a Marketing Assistant and when I left in 2010 I was a Marketing Coordinator.

“Why do you like working for BMW Financial Services?”

The atmosphere is great and it’s a work place where new ideas are always appreciated. You are really enabled to grow within your role and you’re encouraged to aim for and take on new challenges within the company.

 

Please meet Henning Altenbokum, Sales Manager, Norway.

“What is your role at BMW Financial Services?”

I am currently working as Sales Manager in Norway and I am responsible for the Sales and Marketing department. Our team is following up sales of our products, training the dealers in our products, setting up marketing and sales campaigns, working on different measurements regarding customer loyalty and much more.

“What is your background?”

I am originally from Berlin/Germany and I have studied Business Administration with specialization in Finance at the Berlin School of Economics and Law and at Trondheim Business School. I moved to Norway for my studies in 2009 and I started working for BMW Financial Services in Norway in September 2010 after graduating from university.

My first position within BMW Financial Services was customer support- and credit consultant where you are responsible for handling and underwriting credit applications, taking customer and dealer calls and requests. In 2012 I got a new position as Area Manager within the sales team being responsible for following up our BMW and MINI dealers. In 2014 I got my current position as Sales Manager.

“Why do you like working for BMW Financial Services?”

You never ever get bored! - You get to work within a young and creative environment with the customer in focus at high pace. In my years at BMW Financial Services no day has been like another. BMW Financial Services gives you amazing career possibilities within a global organization.

 

Please meet Karoline Svinth, Marketing, Denmark.

“What is your role at BMW Financial Services?”

I am responsible for marketing; BMW, MINI and Alphabet within the Danish market. I am working with our CRM and marketing strategy, POS materials, mass communication and I am keeping up a close contact to the NSC colleagues and our dealers.

“What is your background?”

I worked for SAS (Scandinavian Airlines System) for seven years before I started working for BMW Financial Services in 2011. In SAS I started as a trainee for two years, three years in Special Sales and two years working in the marketing department as a CRM manager.

My educational background started at Niels Brock in Copenhagen, where I graduated in 2003 with a degree in Marketing Management. In 2008 I graduated from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) with a Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing.

“Why do you like working for BMW Financial Services?”

I really like to be a part of the BMW Group Organization and to work across countries in an intra-organizational community. To be a part of this Premium brand really means a lot to me. German stands in my opinion, for quality and punctuality, which perfectly match my personality and beliefs. I like the passion about the brand and how my co-employees try to pervade the German culture, with Premium cars and high quality service throughout the whole organization.
