About the role
In this position you will be responsible for growing and developing the partnership with some of our existing customers. You will work with the future development of Warehouse Management Solutions and secure that we give our customers great value through the combination of software and SaaS-solutions.
Your responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans, to ensure profitability and great customer relations. You will work close with our customers in order to identify, develop and close new opportunities. You have sales targets for a number of customers and will be responsible for both negotiation and contractual procedures. You will work in a team of colleagues, including account managers, project managers, application consultants and developers.
You understand the power of social selling, through online networking, utilizing LinkedIn as a dynamic tool to connect, educate, and ultimately drive sales success.
We use Salesforce to manage client relationships and drive the sales workflows and decision making within our sales operations.
This role will report to the After Sales Director, who is part of the Swedish Management Team.
What makes you a great candidate?
Apart from having strong business acumen we believe that you have experience and a proven sales track record from software sales and/or SaaS sales. You know what is required to achieve successful agreements and long-term business relationships, and a plus is if you have been working with customers with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
You are a person with excellent sales skills, strong communication skills who has highly developed commercial drive and personality. We also believe that you proactively challenge and take initiatives and value both growth and profitability.
You speak and write fluent Swedish and English, as communication and documentation takes place in both languages. A relevant academic degree is a strong advantage.

This is a full-time permanent position, based from the office in Lund with start as soon as possible. The role includes travelling, about 4-5 days a month.
