Account Manager

About the role

As Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with a portfolio of customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic and tactical account plans
  • Driving profitability and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Leading negotiations and managing contractual processes
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, consultants, and developers

You’ll report to the Managing Director for our operations in Finland, Norway, and Denmark.

What makes you a great candidate?

To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:

  • A proven track record in logistics and/or software or business systems sales
  • Experience in developing and managing commercial agreements
  • A strong commercial mindset with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach

You speak and write fluent Finnish and English, as both are used in daily communication and documentation. A university degree is a strong advantage.

Other

This is a full-time permanent position at our office in Helsinki. The role includes travelling, about 4-5 days a month. We look forward to receiving your application as soon as possible, on the 1st of June at latest.
