BI Developer

Position
As a BI Developer at Roxtec, you will be part of a forward-thinking team where data drive strategy and innovation. You will design and deliver smart data solutions that support decision-making across our business. Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and processes.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across BI platforms.
• Contribute to data governance and promote best practices in data management.
• Stay up to date with BI trends and technologies to enhance our analytics capabilities.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and API integrations.
• Experience in working with relational databases and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and meta data management. 
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
