What you will do in this role

As a Business Application Specialist, you will play a central role in supporting and developing our business platforms, with a focus on Sales and Service management solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, design and implement solutions, and ensure our systems evolve in line with new technologies.

This is an internal role within a dynamic and collaborative team, where you will have the opportunity to influence our future application landscape and contribute to the ongoing growth of the company.

What your workdays will look like

Your days will be varied, working together with colleagues across different functions to ensure our business applications deliver the best possible value. You will design, implement and improve solutions while staying curious about new technologies, especially AI, and how they can benefit our business.

Your key tasks will involve:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear and actionable requirements

• Designing, implementing and supporting solutions related to Sales and Service management (Salesforce, Customer portal, Jira)

• Deploying new solutions as well as enhancing existing ones to support business growth

• Exploring, evaluating and implementing new technologies (including AI)

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an application-related field

• 2+ years of experience in a business application or data engineering role is preferred but we also welcome applications from newly graduates with relevant education and the right mindset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

• Fluency in English, spoken and written

This is a permanent position located at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden. Occasional business trips may be part of the role.
