Client Executive (New Business Focus - Nordics)

About the Role

We're seeking a Client Executive with a strong focus on new business development to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients across the Nordics. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager to capitalize on qualified leads and manage the entire sales cycle. This role is critical in expanding our market share and solidifying our position as a leader in the WMS space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the 3PL, retail, and wholesale sectors across the Nordics.
  • Lead Conversion: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to qualify leads and effectively convert prospects into clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers within prospect organizations.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospect challenges and position nyce.logic as the ideal solution.
  • Solution Selling: Present compelling value propositions and tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skilfully negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Travel: Travel regularly throughout the Nordic region to meet with prospects and clients (at least 2 trips per month).

Your Profile

  • Business Development Acumen: Possess a strong drive to seek out and acquire new business, with a proven track record of success.
  • Relationship Builder: Able to establish rapport and build trust with prospects, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Solution-Oriented: Focus on understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that deliver value.
  • Excellent Communicator: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with strong presentation skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Confidently negotiate and close deals that meet both company and client objectives.
  • Resilient and Persistent: Maintain a positive attitude and persevere through challenges to achieve goals.
  • Self-Motivated and Driven: Take initiative and work independently to achieve targets.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the Business Development Manager and other internal teams.

Your Background

  • University Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in new business sales, preferably within the software/SaaS industry, with a focus on:
    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
    • 3PL
    • Logistics providers
    • Supply chain execution
  • Excellent Swedish and English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
