NYCE.Logic is a division of Extenda Retail whose success lies in its specialized competence of the Warehouse Management domain. We have been doing this for over twenty years, and we are a mid-market leader in the provision of WMS technology and consulting for 3PLs, retailers and wholesalers across Scandinavia. About the role

We are looking for a Client Executive with focus on driving sales and developing new opportunities with the ultimate goal to accelerate the NYCE business. As you will work with our existing client portfolio, your mission is to establish Extenda Retail as a strategic vendor and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. As Client Executive you will have the overall responsibility of the business relationship aiming to drive business growth and coordinate sales activities with existing clients.

This role is focused on after sales, meaning you will need the ability to build strong relationships on the client side with an Independent judgment to set the right expectations for the client and execute on opportunity management. With our strong value proposition we see this is a fantastic opportunity for the commercially minded sales professional to drive sales of a best-of-breed, SaaS-based specialist WMS application in a market of great potential.

Responsibilities

  • To further strengthen Extenda Retail position within the segment of 3PL and Retail where we are currently working with international market leading brands.
  • Understand the client needs in their current state, what’s driving them to seek development in their infrastructure and positioning Extenda Retail as a strategic vendor.
  • Develop and Maintain relationships with clients at all levels from user to executive, and align Extenda Retail’s resources to the client’s organization accordingly.
  • Drive sales and develop new opportunities with the ultimate goal to accelerate the NYCE business.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.

Your profile

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • A value-based approach to selling solutions: works with internal resources to produce a highly relevant, compelling and differentiated value proposition.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • A high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Independent judgment to set the right expectations for the client and execute on opportunity management.
  • Ability to multitask and separate between strategic and tactical requirements to influence on the outcome of a sales process accordingly.
  • An understanding of the industry drivers and the competitor landscape.

Your background

  • University Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS solutions from following domains:
    • Warehouse Management Systems
    • 3PL
    • Logistic providers
    • Supply chain execution
  • Excellent Swedish and English written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Understanding of the logistics industry, including key challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience in after-sales roles within a software/SaaS or WMS is highly advantageous.
  • Experience of Sales forecasting and P&L responsibility.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems; preferably SalesForce.com.
