Our Commercial Product Manager doesn’t just manage products; you’ll drive strategic decisions behind complex, combined with tech-forward SaaS and AI products. This role is a part of our commercial Product Management team, and you will focus on Telecom.
You’ll empower stakeholders with commercial insights, pricing strategies, and product recommendations that shape how our offerings compete and succeed in diverse markets.

As a Commercial Product Manager at Telavox, you’ll take ownership of assigned product offerings, driving revenue, adoption, and profitability. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure Telavox delivers competitive, customer-focused solutions.
You will develop commercial strategies, optimize pricing and packaging, and lead initiatives that maximize business impact. You’ll contribute to the product roadmap, prioritize high-value initiatives, and ensure that insights and data directly influence strategy and performance.
This is a manager role without formal personnel responsibility, ideal for someone with strategic, analytical, and commercial expertise who leads through influence and business ownership.
Your day-to-day work may include:
Managing the P&L for assigned product offerings for the Nordic countries, Benelux, and France
Developing and executing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies
Leveraging market research, customer insights, and analytics to form pricing, product and commercial decisions
Monitoring product performance, analyzing KPIs, SLAs, and driving initiatives to increase revenue, adoption, and profitability
Supporting cross-functional teams with commercial guidance and market insights
Develop frameworks to track trends, uncover opportunities, and measure impact on our Telco-offerings
Contributing to best practices and standards for commercial strategy, pricing tactics and product management.
This role is based at our office in central Stockholm.

Key skills and experience we are looking for:
Experience in B2B telecom, SaaS, or technology growth companies
Strong commercial experience with a proven ability to drive revenue, adoption, and product performance
Experience managing P&L, pricing strategies, or commercial initiatives for subscription-based or SaaS products
3–5 years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, business development, or pricing
Analytical mindset with experience in Excel and data-driven decision-making
Stakeholder management and experience driving cross-functional initiatives
Academic degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of subscription-based pricing models, competitive market research, and go-to-market strategies
Collaborative, adaptable, and capable of influencing both technical and business teams.
