CRM Manager

Kappahl Group is now looking for a CRM Manager to take our member strategy for Kappahl and Newbie to the next level. You will lead a team of specialists and drive growth through our member program and personalized communication in owned channels.

We offer you

As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening customer loyalty, driving traffic and conversion, and enhancing brand image through data-driven communication via email, SMS, app, and our loyalty program.

You’ll lead a team of eight specialists across CRM strategy, customer analytics, marketing automation, and loyalty program development – managing a customer base of 5 million members across five markets.

You will work on a strategic level and be part of the Commercial Management Team, with responsibility for driving both short-term results and long-term growth. You report to the Commercial Manager and collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce, country teams and IT.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the CRM strategy with focus on loyalty, repurchase, and lifetime value
  • Optimize communication in owned channels to drive engagement, traffic and conversion
  • Coach and develop the CRM team both strategically and operationally
  • Evolve our loyalty program based on insights and business value
  • Create segmented, personalized campaigns that build relationships and drive sales
  • Promote a data-driven culture with testing, analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align CRM with brand and business goals
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance
  • Contribute to both short-term commercial impact and long-term strategic growth

Your Profile

You are a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for customer experience. You combine creativity with analytical thinking and thrive in a dynamic environment.

You have several years of proven leadership experience, including previous roles with direct personnel responsibility. You are confident in leading both individuals and teams, and have successfully coached, developed, and motivated others to deliver on strategic goals. You bring clarity, structure, and energy to your leadership, and are comfortable driving change and building engagement across departments.

You also bring:

  • A commercial mindset with a strong understanding of how CRM drives business growth
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
  • A broad understanding of the business – from sales to brand development

·Several years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or customer lifecycle marketing is a plus

  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Understanding of marketing automation and customer data tools
  • Knowledge of GDPR and customer data management
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written
