As our CRM Product Owner, you’ll act as the end-to-end owner of HubSpot CRM, ensuring it evolves alongside our business strategy and helps Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations thrive.

As a CRM Product Owner at Telavox, you’ll drive the CRM strategy, from defining the roadmap to ensuring seamless adoption across teams. Your mission is to make HubSpot a growth engine, empowering commercial teams with actionable insights, automation, and scalable processes.
You’ll partner with sales, marketing, and customer operations to translate business requirements into CRM solutions that drive impact. Beyond the roadmap, you’ll ensure high data quality, govern integrations, and enable user adoption through training, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Your day-to-day work may include:
Defining and prioritizing the CRM roadmap, balancing quick wins with long-term scalability
Driving adoption of AI-driven CRM features like predictive analytics, automation, and advanced reporting
Partnering with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into system solutions
Ensuring data quality, security, and governance for reliable insights and compliance
Supporting teams with training, documentation, and feedback loops
This role is based at our new vibrant office, Gjuteriet, located in Västra Hamnen, Malmö.
You’re analytical, curious, and proactive, someone who thrives where business meets technology. You love improving systems, exploring new tools, and bringing others along through collaboration and clear communication.
Key skills and experience:
5+ years of CRM management experience — HubSpot expertise is a big plus
Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and AI-driven CRM features
Proven ability to lead commercial projects and work with cross-functional teams
Solid commercial understanding and ability to translate business needs into CRM strategies and technical solutions
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, you turn data into actionable insights
Proactive and independent, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Technical understanding of CRM systems and integrations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar (or equivalent experience).
