Our business unit Smart Transport provides fleet and transport management systems which use data-driven analytics to assist fleet operators in optimising their operations and reducing their costs.

About the job
As part of our Software Development team, your role will focus on creating exceptional front-end solutions that connect with our Cloud based SaaS platform. With an emphasis on UI design, performance, and usability; you will work on designing and developing applications using Angular or AngularJS, while leveraging RxJS or Signals to create responsive and efficient user interfaces. Your contributions will directly enhance the user experience and exceed customer expectations.

Additionally, you will:

• Develop and maintain intuitive and user-friendly front-end designs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies.
• Apply your expertise in problem-solving to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

About you
To excel in this role you will be passionate about front end development, including UI design, performance and usability. You will thrive on problem solving and trouble shooting, ensuring we go above and beyond when meeting the customer's expectations. 

Additionally, you will have experience in:

• Front-End Web Development
  • Experience with Angular or AngularJS
  • Knowledge of RxJS or Signals
  • UI Design experience (UI/UX)
    
• Programming Skills
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
    
• Version Control Systems
  • Familiarity with tools such as Git
    
• Web APIs and RESTful Services
  • Experience in designing or consuming APIs
    
• Desirable Skills (not required but advantageous)
  
  • Experience with C# and .NET frameworks
