An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lantmännen Cerealia for a Head of Procurement and Supply Chain to join us at our office in Stockholm. This position is permanent, and you will report to Chief Operating Officer of Lantmännen Cerealia.

Here's what you will do

As Head of Procurement and Supply Chain, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with Lantmännen Cerealia’s overall business objectives. Reporting to the COO, you will lead a Nordic team to optimize procurement and supply chain operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to Lantmännen's sustainability agenda.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement the purchasing strategy based on procurement category strategies across the business area

• Developing a Nordic supply chain strategy, focusing on digitalization agenda with efficient ways of working, with a high focus on transport emission reductions and optimized footprint.

• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, Lantmännen standards, food safety standards, and procurement processes

• Driving excellence in supply chain and procurement processes in collaboration with Lantmännen’s Group functions

• Optimizing service levels, costs, and inventory management across Cerealia

• Proactively managing stakeholders to influence key business decisions and foster collaboration across the organization

• Leading and empowering a high-performing team while ensuring continuous competency development.

You have:

• An academic degree, preferably in Supply chain management or similar

• Several years of leadership experience, with the ability to lead with purpose, empower people to perform at their best, manage change and drive results

• Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, and procurement category strategies within food or FMCG

• Strong strategic thinking and a proven track record in change management

• Advanced negotiation skills and expertise in contracts/contract law

• A process oriented mindset with financial analysis skills and business acumen

• Proficiency in IT tools (M3 being an advantage) and fluency in English
