A job with the guiding principle “Let’s team up”. As an HR manager Retail Sweden, you will work closely with colleagues to build a responsible Kappahl with a strong employer brand.
A business-oriented HR role where you are responsible for improving and implementing HR strategies, way of working, and initiatives, all aligned with the overall business strategy. The work is both strategic and operational. In this role you get the opportunity to work within the entire HR spectrum, for example recruitment, competence development, labor law and contractual matters. A role where an important part is to support and develop others regarding HR-related matters, mainly the Area and Store manager, but also Sweden Retail Management team.
Your role in the team
You will be part of the Swedish Retail Management team and report to the Country manager.
Your team will consist of two HR Specialists. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Kappahl Group HR team, and HR colleagues in our other retail countries. Collaboration with our Union representatives is an important part.
Are you interested?
The position is a full-time permanent position, with placement at our head office in Mölndal. Starting as soon as possible. Kappahl Group wants to be A Place To Belong therefore we work with a hybrid working environment, this means you can work remotely when it is more suitable for your and your teams work schedule. A few business trips to stores are included in the job. Most of your working time will be at the office.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who has a university degree in Human Resources or similar with several years of experience in broad qualified HR work. You have previous experience in personnel management and lead a team.
You have the ability translate corporate strategies into concreate initiative that will benefit the country organization and its employees. Kappahl is facing many exciting projects where we are continuing to develop existing systems and introduce new ones, right now an HR system. In these projects, you will have a fun role with several interfaces throughout the Group. You have good knowledge of digitization, change management, processes, and good business understanding. You have a strong interest in developing new ways of working and enable others to implement and adhere to them. You can find the best solutions from a holistic perspective, while at the same time having an interest in deep diving into specific issues.
You are used to work with collective agreements and labor laws and are an experienced negotiator. Experience in retail and store organizations is an advantage.
