IT Product Owner – IFS Cloud

OX2’s IT organization is hiring an IT Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of our ERP system, IFS Cloud. You’ll play a key role in OX2’s digital transformation, supporting core business processes such as project execution, procurement, and several financial processes.

As part of the IT Business Solution Team, you will work closely with other colleagues working with IFS Cloud Implementation. You will collaborate closely with process specialists, internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external IT partners. This position requires technical expertise, project management skills, and an understanding of business needs.

OX2 is in a high-growth phase, transitioning to a hybrid IPP business model, which means you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with frequent opportunities to implement new features.

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, process specialists, and IT teams to align IFS Cloud solutions with business goals. Be an active participant in OX2s journey towards an agile product organization.
• Drive initiatives that translate the business needs to technical solutions in IFS Cloud.
• Together with business process specialists, own the roadmap and backlog for IFS Cloud and related tools, ensuring clear deliverables for internal IT team and IT partners.
• Collaborate with other IT product owners to build cross-platform functionality as well as resolving cross-functional issues.
• Plan and oversee product releases, manage risks, and foster continuous improvements.
• Manage budgets for licenses and consultant services related to ERP system.
• Ensure systems comply with OX2’s IT security framework.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in IFS Cloud.

Your qualifications and experience

We are looking for a candidate who has genuine interest and experience in leading the development of IFS Cloud Solutions. A prerequisite for the job is that you have broad technical competence and project management / leadership skills.

Must have:

• Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in roles such as Product Owner, Platform Lead, or System Maintenance Lead.
• Strong knowledge of IFS Cloud solutions or equivalent (preferably any of the areas around Finance, Projects, Procurement, Asset Management, Supply Chain and service management).
• Experience working in Agile/Hybrid development environments and familiar with IT management tools, such as JIRA.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
