For our newly established product, we are looking for a driven, logistics-savvy professional to join our team in Breda. In this role, you will take full ownership of the customer journey – from initial outreach through successful deployment to long-term satisfaction.

About the role
As Logistics Solution Consultant at Consafe Logistics, you will proactively target SMB prospects in warehousing and logistics, engaging key decision-makers through discovery meetings to fully understand their challenges. Delivering 3 to 5 product demos each week, you will effectively demonstrate the value of our SaaS WMS while managing the entire sales cycle – from lead qualification and negotiation through to contract signing. Throughout this process, you will maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate closely with Marketing to align outreach efforts and maximize lead conversion.
You will lead the onboarding process for new customers by conducting structured interviews to thoroughly map their operational workflows. Based on these insights, you will configure our SaaS WMS to fit each customer’s logistics setup, ensuring seamless alignment with their needs. To support smooth adoption, you will deliver tailored training and provide hands-on guidance to empower users from day one.
As the long-term point of contact, you will proactively support customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success. By monitoring customer engagement and usage patterns, you will quickly identify and resolve issues while uncovering opportunities for growth. Building and nurturing strong relationships will be key to driving retention and advocacy, positioning our solution as an integral part of their logistics operations.
As part of a newly established product and organization, you will play an active role in shaping both the solution and how we operate. Your profile
To thrive in this role, you bring a solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, paired with a customer-centric mindset that focuses on problem-solving and delivering real value. You are comfortable navigating both the commercial and technical sides of the customer journey, communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders across SMBs. Your approach is structured and self-driven, yet flexible enough to adapt in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English are essential to engage effectively with our diverse customer base.
Ideally, you come with several years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain, combined with a background in SaaS or technology-driven sales roles. You know how to manage a customer portfolio independently, guiding clients from first contact through onboarding to long-term success. Experience working with small to mid-sized companies will help you hit the ground running and build strong, lasting relationships.
