Marketing Lead

Are you a hands-on and driven marketer who enjoys turning marketing activities into measurable results? We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to support and execute marketing initiatives for one of our business units. Helping us drive awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation.

This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll support and execute marketing activities - from planning campaigns and creating content to coordinating launches, primarily aimed towards lead generation, and following up on results. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and digital teams to help drive lead generation and business growth. We believe you have a few years of marketing experience and are eager to continue developing in a dynamic marketing role.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute regional marketing activities aligned with business goals

  • Develop and run B2B lead generation campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn

  • Manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and external agencies to deliver consistent and compelling messaging.

  • Organize and manage events such as conferences, webinars, and customer meetings to enhance brand presence.

  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on results

Who you are

  • A marketer with a solid understanding of how marketing activities support lead generation and business growth.

  • Is structured, self-driven and accustomed to delivering high quality in a fast paced environment.

  • Experienced in coordinating multiple markets or stakeholders, ideally in an international or agency environment.

  • Experienced in developing and executing lead generation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively and manage diverse priorities.

  • Curious and eager to learn, test, and grow within a fast-moving marketing team.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Has 5 years of experience in marketing (growth, linkedin, meta) - preferably within SaaS, tech, or agency settings.

    • Including at least 1 year within lead generation B2B marketing.

  • Has experience in project management and can coordinate multiple projects at the same time.

  • Proven experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

  • Excellent written and spoken English, Swedish is a plus.
