Marketing Program Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Program Specialist to join our international marketing team to cover for one of our team members during her maternity leave. Do you have a passion for marketing and experience in B2B marketing for software and/or logistics? Do you have a unique gift for project leading a mix of internal stakeholders developing and executing marketing campaigns, webinars, and other demand generation activities? About the position

In the role of a Marketing Program Specialist, you will be responsible for project leading and coordinating the development of pan-European marketing campaigns, webinars, and other demand generation activities. You will also play an active role in the design and layout of marketing assets, banners, etc, both creating your own materials and supporting colleagues to ensure all visuals align with Consafe Logistics’ brand guidelines.

We are a data-driven organization, and you will be closely involved in setting targets, following up on results, and analyzing how we can improve further. In most cases, you will also coordinate the execution and follow-up to ensure we have a solid process after each campaign or webinar.

In this role, you are at the center of the marketing organization, working closely with your marketing colleagues, sales, internal domain experts, partners, and external agencies when required. This role requires a strong understanding of the logistics industry and a modern B2B go-to-market approach.  

  Your key responsibilities

• Actively contribute to overall marketing planning

• Create and execute plans for pan-European campaigns, webinars, and other activities

• Project lead the development and execution of these activities

• Set realistic targets for each campaign and webinar by country

• Define follow-up plans for each activity, and track and analyze results

• Plan and lead retrospectives after major campaigns and webinars to ensure continuous learning and improvement

• Work closely with colleagues in marketing, domain experts, sales, and account management

• Work with design and layout in InDesign, Canva, and Figma

• Contribute to the overall development of the company’s brand and visual identity, and help strengthen local brand awareness

• Copywriting

Your profile

• Degree in marketing, media, communication, or a similar qualification

• 2–5 years of professional experience in international B2B marketing

• Excellent project management and indirect leadership skills

• Structured work approach with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and as part of a team

• Experience in content creation and the implementation of marketing campaigns

• Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform; experience with InDesign, Canva, or Figma; and it is an extra plus if you have worked in Asana

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

• Experience in supply chain and logistics is an advantage but not a requirement
