People & Culture Partner Consafe Logistics Benelux

About the role

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our People and Culture team as a local P&C Partner for our Benelux business, with additional responsibility for our company’s talent and performance management structures.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Group People & Culture team, reporting to our Chief People Officer and working closely with the local Managing Director for the Benelux region. You will be based in our Breda office and will frequently travel to our headquarters in Lund, Sweden.

As a People & Culture Partner, you will play an active role in the local management team, bringing your expertise in people and leadership to the table. You will coach local management in leadership excellence and drive the implementation of our company’s people processes, such as performance and talent reviews, engagement, and culture activities. Your involvement in the recruitment process will span from advertisement and interviews to offer and on-boarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all candidates.

You will also help organize local employer branding activities, guided by our global employer branding partner, and support local management in defining competence and training plans for each employee. Ensuring all P&C operations adhere to local legal standards and maintaining general P&C-related administration will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, supporting employees and managers in daily P&C matters.

As a member of the occupational health and safety committee, you will focus on sustainability for employees and maintain a good relationship with the Employee Council.

In your talent and performance management capacity, you will have overall responsibility for our company’s organization development process, ensuring it aligns with and supports business needs. You will continuously develop structures and processes for organization reviews, succession planning, and talent pipelines. Moreover, you will refine our performance management process to support people development and oversee our company career and competence model, ensuring its continuous improvement.

Your profile

You have a pragmatic approach to the job and put quality in front of quantity. Professionalism and integrity are in your veins. You are a strong executor and can independently drive projects. You have minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role and preferably within the IT/Software industry. You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
