Caring is a central concept at Together Tech. We want you to prosper, therefore there is an open climate for your personality and your ideas. This corporate culture holds us together, both in the projects and in the longer term. We often arrange activities together where you get the opportunity to socialize with your colleagues.

We take extra care of you as a new employee

When you start as a new employee with us, you get a buddy who is with you during the first year for extra guidance and support. It’s part of our onboarding. You also always have a close and continuous dialogue with leaders about assignments and projects. We provide opportunities to develop through a variety of assignments in different industries and areas, with customers or in in-house projects. Of course, you are also given the opportunity for more traditional education when needed.

At Together Tech we like to collaborate and learn from each other. By working closely with both colleagues and customers, you develop your experience and creativity. The projects create a favorable climate for further development.
