Sales Director Sweden

About the role

As Sales Director Sweden, you will lead and develop our new sales team, currently consisting of five team members, both sales leads and solution design. You will shape and execute our sales strategy, drive key customer engagements, and work closely with the broader organization to ensure alignment and impact.

The role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll manage complex B2B sales processes with long cycles, building relationships with senior stakeholders across logistics, IT, and operations. Your ability to stay top-of-mind with potential clients, build trust, and maintain focus over time is critical for success. We believe you enjoy leveraging social selling, especially via LinkedIn, to connect with prospects and strengthen relationships through value-driven dialogue.

This role reports to MD for Sweden and is part of the Swedish management team, where you will work closely with your colleagues responsible for Operations and After Sales. In addition to your closest team you are expected to be part of and contribute in forums cross CL Group to be part of our journey towards sales excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Swedish sales team
  • Drive new business opportunities and secure new accounts through the entire sales process
  • Take full ownership of sales strategy development and execution
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure a high-quality customer journey
  • Represent Consafe Logistics in customer dialogues, industry forums, and events

What makes you a great candidate? 

Experience and qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales. Background in selling enterprise software like WMS, ERP or similar is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record in developing new accounts and securing new customers
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish
  • A university degree (Bachelor's or Master’s) in a relevant field

Other information

This is a permanent full-time position based at our office in Lund, where the rest of the team is located. However, we are also open to candidates located in other parts of Sweden. Some travel will be required.
