We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team at Telavox Oy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about B2B sales who loves building strong customer relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You'll deliver a seamless experience for the customer and take full ownership of the entire process - from initial contact, through the sales cycle, and handing off to our onboarding team. You'll be a key player in expanding our customer base within the smaller segments, and you'll translate your deep product expertise into clear, educational, and straightforward guidance tailored to each client's needs.
Your day-to-day work may include:
Driving sales processes from first contact to signed agreement, with a consultative, value-based approach.
Collaborating closely with marketing and sales to adapt strategies to the local market.
Using HubSpot to manage your pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups and reporting.
Working with our Finnish Customer Success team to ensure a smooth customer handover and long-term satisfaction.
The role will be based in the Telavox Helsinki office in central Helsinki.
We’re looking for a driven, proactive salesperson who is excited about working with technology and building long-lasting client relationships. Key skills and experience we’re looking for:
Background in B2B customer relations, account management, or support is an advantage
Experience working with CRM systems (we use HubSpot) and a data-driven sales mindset
Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
A genuine interest in technology and the ability to translate customer needs into smart solutions
Good-to-have skills:
Understanding of the Finnish telecom or IT landscape.
Previous experience working in an international SaaS or Telco environment
Familiarity with value-based selling and consultative sales techniques
Swedish knowledge is useful, but not a requirement
