(Senior) Customer Application Consultant WMS

We are currently looking for an experienced, logistics-savvy professional to join our Customer Excellence Team in Breda. In this role, you will work closely with our existing customers and internal teams to continuously improve and optimize Astro WMS®, our world-class warehouse management system.

About the role
As Customer Application Consultant at Consafe Logistics, you will join our Customer Excellence Team and help existing customers get the most value from Astro WMS®. You will be responsible for several customers and act as their trusted point of contact for improvements, change requests, and day-to-day application needs. By analysing warehouse processes and translating customer needs into practical solutions, you will help customers run their operations in the best and most efficient way.

You will work closely with customer key users and colleagues across Consafe Logistics to analyse issues, design and document solutions, configure changes, test software, and support successful delivery. The role combines customer contact with functional and technical problem-solving and includes regular customer site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain close contact with existing customers and understand their evolving needs

• Analyse warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Translate customer needs into solutions and change requests

• Configure Astro WMS® to align with specific customer requirements

• Troubleshoot issues and test software and configuration changes

• Coordinate and support the implementation of agreed changes

Your profile
You are a driven, collaborative professional with a deep understanding of warehouse operations and a strong IT mindset. You are passionate about solving real-world logistics problems and thrive in a customer-facing environment. You enjoy building lasting relationships with the same customers, while developing a deep understanding of their business and evolving needs.

We believe you will succeed in this role if you have:

• A degree in Logistics, Engineering, or IT (or a combination of both)

• Experience with warehouse management systems, either as a consultant or superuser

• A hands-on approach and solid skills in systems implementation and configuration

• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented mindset

• Fluency in Dutch and English
