With a strong market presence in the Nordics and Benelux, we are now focused on continue to expand our reach across Europe. To achieve this ambitious goal, we are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager for a fixed-term contract for one year to cover a maternity leave. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our team and drive our marketing strategy forward. You have a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within the retail technology sector. You possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and are comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our European expansion plans. You will lead and inspire a team of experienced professionals, ensuring alignment with sales and business development goals.

Your mission is to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and enable sales growth across Europe through marketing activities. You will play a key role in positioning our company as a selected vendor of digital retail solutions.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team comprising creative, digital, field, and growth marketing specialists.
• Create press releases and manage media distribution
• Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives and market expansion goals.
• Define and track key marketing KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of campaigns.
• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, public relations, and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Lead ABM initiatives targeting key retail accounts across Europe.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development to ensure seamless lead management and nurture qualified prospects.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the marketing team.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Your skills and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably with a focus on the retail industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and sales growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing strategies.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus).
• Location is based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, Sweden.
• This is a one-year fixed-term position!
