Are you passionate about technology and eager to create innovative solutions that make a difference? As a Software Developer within Group IT, you will play a vital role in shaping our IT landscape. You’ll work in a collaborative and supportive environment to develop and enhance software applications, ensuring we deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
Application Development and Enhancement. Develop, improve, and maintain our software applications and frameworks.
Solution Design and Optimization. Design secure and cost-efficient solutions while ensuring compliance with best practices and company policies.
Technical Expertise and Support. Act as a technical specialist, providing support and maintaining software applications at a high standard.
You’ll work closely with product owners, technical leads, developers, and other stakeholders while also having the freedom to take ownership of complex tasks independently.
This role is based at our HQ in Halmstad, with the flexibility to work remotely approximately 50% of the time.

✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills – you enjoy collaborating and sharing ideas.
✅ A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies.
✅ Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
✅ Experience working in agile development environments.
✅ 4+ years of professional experience in software development, particularly with:
.NET
MS Azure tech stack (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Storage)
YAML and T-SQL
SQL-related programming and relational databases
Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack, including Power Platform.
X++ in Finance & Operations.
Microsoft DevOps (ADO Pipelines, CI/CD).
Microsoft Azure Certification (e.g., AZ-204 or equivalent).
