Test and Verification Engineer - Solutions

Step into the role

As a Test and Verification Engineer in MilDef’s Solutions team, you'll focus on building, assembling, and testing rugged IT-systems across various projects. From component and system development to functional and non-functional testing, you’ll ensure high-quality, robust solutions for our customers. At Solutions, we build and deliver customized IT systems tailored to customer specifications. We turn their IT visions into reality by providing complete and robust infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during integration and verification phases.

• Build, verify and validate systems.

• Perform cable manufacturing, installation, and routing.

• Work in a lab environment with various tests and configurations.

• Conduct environmental testing at system level.

• Create and maintain test specifications within the project scope.

• Actively enhance processes, routines, and tools.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system solutions and processes.

What you bring

• 2-5 years of experience in similar role including hands on testing.

• Experience with IT hardware and networks is advantageous.

• Strong social skills and a strong team player, essential for effective collaboration.

• Familiar with system development, integration, and verification, such as EMC testing.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a strong business mindset.

• Proficiency in both Swedish and English is necessary for this role.
