We’re now looking for a UC Support Engineer to join our team and be the technical backbone behind our UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) platform.

About the job 

As a UC Support Engineer, you’ll work closely with our partners and customers to ensure our solutions run smoothly — from installation to innovation.

You’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

About you

You’re a curious and hands-on problem solver who enjoys diving into new technology and helping others succeed. You think like a customer, communicate clearly, and love the challenge of troubleshooting.

What you bring:

• Broad IT knowledge and a genuine interest in new technologies

• Customer-first mindset and strong analytical skills

• Understanding of IP networking, VoIP, and Unified Communications

• Organized, proactive, and always looking to improve processes

Languages:

• Fluent in Dutch and French or fluent in French and English – you can confidently deliver trainings in both

• Comfortable with technical English
