VP of Sales Americas

As part of our growth trajectory, we are looking for a new VP of Sales to lead the Americas Region.


ABOUT THE POSITION

As the VP of Sales, you will establish, develop, and maintain the business within the Americas. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of the regional environment, as well as driving and developing their business in the region in accordance with Net Insight's overall strategic initiatives and business plan.

This person will not only manage the Americas Sales team currently comprising six individuals in addition to a presales team of four. But they will be evolved thinkers, Disciplined, highly analytical and adaptable which are essential to evolution.

The role involves close collaboration on a global scale and a strong partnership with the wider CCO Team.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and driving the regional business plan
  • Setting regional sales budget, ensuring regular follow-up and accurate forecasting
  • Keeping the region's customer base informed about the complete Net Insight solution and product portfolio
  • Setting targets and providing day-to-day sales coaching for the regional sales and presales teams
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, contributing to the GTM strategy and partner/reseller management
  • Building a sustainable and robust pipeline, driving leads generation activities for sales revenue targets in coordination with the marketing team
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities in the region and developing and reviewing long-term and short-term sales strategies and tactics that fulfil Net Insight's target within the designated region
  • Mentoring piers to enhances their self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and decision-making abilities as well as motivating team to gain their highest potential, while building trust.
  • As the appointed spokesperson for Net Insight in the Americas, your crucial role involves actively cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the region, as well as representing Net Insight in the region.

 

YOUR BACKGROUND 

The ideal candidate for the role of Regional Head of Sales in the United States should possess the ability to identify and overcome sales obstacles through creative and adaptive solutions. They should have a passion for the broadcast and media industry and gain a profound understanding of Net Insight's innovative solutions and should possess: As well as having demonstrated qualities of a Modern leader being a visionary, empathizer and innovator.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and proven experience within sales management in the US market within the media tech industry
  • Previous experience of working with European companies and of working in a matrix organizational structure
  • A comprehensive understanding of the media value chain and hands-on experience in selling media industry solutions
  • Experience of working in a global organization building strong relationships and efficient collaboration with colleagues across the globe
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills, combined with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working with partners and a track record of collecting, tracking, and analyzing data
  • Proficiency in understanding the technical needs of customers and prospects, and experience in monitoring proof of concepts
