We are currently seeking an Investor Relations Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic communication and financial positioning in the capital market.

About the Team

As the Investor Relations Manager at Net Insight, you'll team up with the CFO to spearhead strategic and financial communication. This includes managing IR strategy, financial positioning, investor relations, and industry trends. You'll also oversee investor platform development and collaborate on ESG regulatory implementation, while fostering relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective company wide communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic communication and IR strategy with the CFO/CEO.
• Write and oversee quarterly and annual financial reporting and other communication with our shareholders and owners.
• Coordinate with partners, analysts, colleagues, and investors for relationship building.
• Engage in proactive communication with external and internal markets, including stock market interactions.
• Own investor platform development and collaborate on ESG implementation.
• Manage financial press releases and organize meetings (AGM) with investors and owners.
• Continuously engage with shareholders to provide insights into the company's performance and outlook, using Open Insight for deeper understanding.
• Adhere to Nasdaq regulations and stay updated on changes and market dynamics in Sweden.

Your Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communication, or related fields.
• Extensive experience from a leading position in IR, corporate finance -or as a stock analyst in tech on the Swedish market.
• Strong grasp of public company requirements and investor relations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in written, verbal and collaborative interactions in Swedish as well as English. Proven ability to facilitate seamless communications across diverse contexts and enhance collaborative efforts in a multicultural environment.
• Proven track record of understanding the Swedish stock market, coupled with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends in the technology and media sectors.
