Agile Coach

         We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in the automotive safety industry. You will be responsible for guiding agile teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Facilitate the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies within the team and with those interacting with the team.
• Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Work closely with Product Owners to align team activities with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure the team’s adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize backlog items.
  

and if you have/are: 

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a similar industry.
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to design and facilitate workshops and shorter training sessions.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience in innovation or working with start-ups is preferred.
• Experience in leading an agile team producing physical products or hardware is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive safety industry is a plus.
