Senior Business Analyst (Logistics/IT)

Job profile:

We are seeking experienced analysts/consultants specializing in warehouse management systems (WMS) to join our team at a senior level.

The ideal candidate can navigate high-energy and demanding situations, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, enjoys working with state-of-the-art IT systems. To summarize, our perfect candidate will have:

A degree in IT, Logistics, Engineering, or related field, with a strong inclination towards IT expertise

Proven experience in application management or system implementation within the supply chain, particularly in WMS solutions.

Deep Understanding of WMS Systems: A senior consultant should have extensive knowledge of various WMS platforms, including their functionalities, capabilities, and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Polish

A customer-centric approach in all tasks

Change Management Expertise: Ability to facilitate organizational change associated with WMS implementation, including training end-users, managing resistance, and driving adoption

Leading a specification phase for a comprehensive solution or WMS entire solution.
