The Utility business unit at Svea Solar is responsible for utility-scale (i.e., very large!) projects. Our portfolio includes a few of Sweden’s largest solar parks, such as Fjällskär (20.7 MW), Sjöbo (18 MW) and Hörby (18.2 MW) with many others under construction, including an agrivoltaic park construction in Hova.
To help secure the financial health and performance of our growing operations, we are now looking for a Head of Finance for our Utility business unit.
The Svea Solar Utility business unit consists of two entities. The first entity owns solar parks and oversees their full-cycle development: identifying suitable land, developing the licenses, securing a grid connection and financing the construction, and later managing the park operations. The second entity is a services business that involves the engineering, construction, operation, and maintenance of solar parks.
The Head of Finance Utility reports directly to Svea Solar's CFO Christian while being a part of the Utility Management Team led by the Managing Director Utility Pieter.
