Senior Business Controller

Born out of the belief that solar is one of the most powerful solutions to fixing energy and climate issues, it has been our goal to make renewable energy an easy and profitable investment. We contribute to our goal by installing solar panels as well as optimizing the energy consumption for our customers. To date, we have avoided over 3.84 million tonnes of CO2 emissions (which is equivalent to 15.9 billion km driven by a gasoline-powered car).

The role

As a Senior Business Controller, you'll play a vital role in steering our financial strategy towards success. You will be our guiding star in the financial perspective of our operational decision making. This role will be a part of our Swedish finance team reporting directly to the Head of Finance.

“But what should I actually do?” Well, here’s a good old bullet point list of what we believe will be the main scope. But hey, since we are growing there’s plenty of room to form and develop the role over time.

Drive budget and financial control processes in alignment with Group guidelines and timelines.
Prepare monthly trading reporting package, with granular analysis on performance evolution and deviations.
Ensure timely commercial and operational reporting of KPIs.
Support the Head of Finance Sweden in preparation of reviews and presentations.
Assist in deep-dive analysis and business case development to drive informed decision-making.
Conduct business controlling of the Swedish business including the growing subscription-based business.
Manage working capital and operational cash flow planning to optimize financial performance.
Maintain a keen focus on installation margins and financial details to maximize profitability.
