In this role, based in Malmö or Stockholm, you’ll help us design the words and structures that bring our AI Voice Agents to life. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product designers, and AI specialists to refine conversations that feel natural, helpful, and engaging.

About the job

You’ll be working on evolving the conversational layer of our AI Voice Agents. Your mission is to craft, test, and refine prompts that guide our AI toward high-quality, human-like interactions. Together with the team, you’ll experiment with different scenarios, analyze results, and iterate until the conversation feels just right.

Your day-to-day work may include:

• Developing, testing, and refining prompts for a wide range of conversational contexts.
  

• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to design voice interactions that feel natural and user-friendly.
  

• Analyzing AI outputs to improve clarity, tone, and effectiveness.
  

• Helping shape the voice and personality of our AI agents.

About you

You’re detail-oriented and creative, with a knack for understanding how language works. You enjoy experimenting, iterating, and fine-tuning until things “click.” You’re motivated by creating user experiences that feel smooth, natural, and human.

Key skills and traits we’re looking for:

• A strong feel for language and tone, with excellent communication skills.
  

• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn.
  

• Creative, curious, and systematic in your problem-solving.
  

• Interested in AI, voice, and shaping the future of human–machine interaction.
  
  

This is a part-time role with flexible hours. You’ll have the freedom to work remotely, but we also expect you to join us in Stockholm or Malmö for collaboration when needed.
