• Sweden – Summer internship (Sandviken & Hallstahammar)
  Each year, we welcome 100+ summer interns, providing a first step into the workforce with real responsibilities, mentorship, and career exploration.
• USA – Apprenticeship program (Palm Coast, Florida)
  In partnership with FAME (Federal Advanced Manufacturing Education), our two-year apprenticeship lets students gain on-the-job training while completing coursework, with a goal of full-time employment upon graduation.
• Sweden – Thesis work
  We value new ideas and academic insights. Our thesis work opportunities allow students to apply their knowledge in a practical setting, contributing to real industry challenges while gaining valuable experience.
• China – Summer Intern Program (Zhenjiang) We offer short-term internships (1–3 months) for students currently enrolled at universities, particularly those pursuing careers in areas such as Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Finance, Laboratory work, Process Technology, and related fields.These internships provide hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and are designed to support both your academic goals and professional development
