What we offer

The base for Bufab’s trainee program is future identified development needs, suitable for ambitious young people who are looking for a challenging and interesting future.
As a trainee at Bufab we offer you a toolbox for a successful career and a network that will last for a lifetime. We will give you challenges, education, mentorship, and the tools you need, for a successful and exciting career at Bufab.

The program includes an introduction training in various departments at our Singapore company Kian Soon Group as well as sister companies in BU APAC. During the trainee period you will have a wide range of tasks in several parts of our organisation. It will include business and operational parts, and at the same time you will be involved in different business meetings and projects, and continuous improvement projects that are connected to your future potential role at Bufab. These activities will not only be with our BU APAC sister companies, but also on Global level.

Future areas for your role are within sales, operations, quality, procurement, logistics or process development. Our aim is that you will be able to take on a leading role at BU APAC in the future, either on management level or on responsible process level. We want you to be part of both your and our future development.

Who are you

We are looking for people who are self-motivated, dedicated while at the same time being solutionist thinking and well-structured.
To become one of our trainees you need to be curious and have a significant interest to learn everything about our business and organization.

To succeed within Bufab you need to be a team player. We strongly believe in team spirit in all areas of the company, locally and globally.
The job requires a lot of international contacts, when networking within the BU and Bufab Group, advanced language skills in English are needed, other languages are beneficial.
