Are you eager to develop into a professional in your field by working with one of the world’s leading expert organisations? We recruit new Trainees twice a year, post-summer and at the beginning of the year. As a Trainee, you are a valuable part of the expert team. During your Trainee period, your coach will support you and help you enhance your expertise in your field, taking on more responsibilities as your experience grows.

Trainees often work alongside more experienced colleagues on client projects, gaining insights into our clients’ businesses through diverse tasks. Your tasks might include background research for client projects, data collection and analysis, or supporting proposal work.

Our Trainee programme is a great stepping stone for advancing your career, and many continue with us after their Trainee period or upon completing their studies.

Our Trainee positions are primally aimed at those in the final stages of their studies or recent graduates. The educational backgrounds of Trainees vary, and each job advertisement specifies the fields of study that are particularly suitable. We often hope that Trainees can continue with us after the Trainee period ends, so being in the last stages of studies is advantageous.

Trainees typically work full-time with us, so it’s advisable to keep plans for studies during the Trainee period modest. However, we strive to support the completion of Trainees’ studies by being as flexible as possible, for instance, with exams or other classes requiring attendance.

Many Trainees already have some work experience in their field, for example through summer jobs. In addition to a suitable educational background and work experience, we particularly value the applicant’s motivation for the Trainee position and Deloitte. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are also crucial in all our positions.
