Lantmännen is looking for graduates who want to be part of a broad, international group focused on sustainable growth. Our Graduate Trainee Program offers a unique opportunity to develop yourself – and to make it matter.

During the 15-month program, you’ll join one of our sectors or companies – your “home base” throughout the program. You’ll explore four different roles: two within your home sector and two across other parts of the Group. This gives you a broad understanding of our operations and a diverse set of skills and experiences.

In parallel, you’ll take part in trainings designed to give you a solid platform and tools within areas such as leadership, change and personal development. You’ll also visit different sites, and together with your trainee colleagues, work on a strategic group project that gives you deeper insight into our business and its impact – from field to fork.

After completing the program, you’ll continue your career within your home sector and keep creating real impact.
