As an AI Lead, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering AI projects across our digital platforms for B2B customers.
Your work will center on project management, stakeholder engagement, and AI delivery in close collaboration with data teams, Domain Leads, and external vendors. The role requires experience with ML and AI platforms—ideally within an e-commerce context. You’ll ensure all AI initiatives are business-driven, ethical, and fully compliant.
In this position, you’ll work closely with our Chief Digital Officer and become a key member of the core team driving innovation forward. Together with leadership and other experts, you’ll help shape the future customer experience. While the role initially has no direct reports, people management responsibilities may be added over time. We value strong leadership toward both internal and external stakeholders and partners, where you lead and influence directly and indirectly.
Mandate & Authority:
We’re looking for someone with experience in project management within AI and ML.
You have a solid understanding of GDPR, compliance, and KPIs, and you’re comfortable collaborating with data teams and external partners. You’re business-driven, analytical, and skilled at coordinating complex AI projects.
