About the Role:

As a Bid Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leading the end-to-end bid process. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure competitive and customer-focused proposals, and support Market Units (MUs) in delivering high-quality, compliant bids aligned with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate all bid activities from opportunity identification to submission.
- Collaborate with MUs, finance, technical teams, and leadership to gather inputs.
- Develop bid strategies and ensure proposals meet client and internal requirements.
- Identify and manage risks throughout the bid process.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients during the bid phase.
- Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across bids.

Location: Global Unit Head Office in Partille. Travel to MU's as required.

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in bid management, proposal writing, or strategic sales coordination.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with proposal tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement, preferably in public transportation, is a plus.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or similar.
