This role will support fostering a data driven and results-oriented division focusing on long-term value creation by delivering a superior customer experience. You will be involved in several important processes for the division, such as financial reporting, business planning and financial follow-up. By using our analytical skills, we will focus on ensuring long-term value creation by understanding what it means as well as following, forecasting and visualizing it and thereby ensure we are on track for our long-term ambitions.

You will be part of a highly skilled team and the role offers a unique opportunity to engage with stakeholders spread throughout the corporate & private customers division as well as other central functions, such as Group Finance, Tech and Business Services. The daily responsibilities include managing financial reporting, business follow-up, financial forecasting and manage data quality.

On an adhoc basis comes tasks such as driving financial deep dives, improving how we measure and communicate our financial trends and value creation, understand and improve data quality issues, and evaluate and improve our financial steering framework.

 

·       A collaborative can-do mindset with a structured approach

·       Analytical skills with an interest in understanding financials and a love of sharing knowledge and insights that matters

·       Hands on experience of financial steering including budget, forecast and KPIs

·       High integrity

·       Experience in working in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power-BI and SQL

·       Degree-level qualification in a relevant field

·       Good communications skills and fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory

The role is located at our office in Arenastaden Solna, and we have a hybrid workplace model.
