About the role

We are looking for a business-driven Delivery Manager who will be responsible for leading colleagues and deliveries in one of our delivery sectors. A typical sector at Centiro includes 15 to 30 people, organized into teams that work with global customers and R&D. These teams at Centiro are autonomous and cross-functional, with the ability to handle everything from selling to implementing and testing the final solution for the customer. Some teams are hybrid, with colleagues based in different locations.

As a Delivery Manager, you will strive to understand the business needs of our customers and ensure that our solutions deliver value. You will need excellent leadership skills, be results-oriented, flexible, and thrive on influencing and interacting with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
You are proactive in identifying opportunities for business growth and continuously seek ways to enhance our service offerings to meet evolving market demands. You will collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders, maintaining regular communication while developing, driving, and advising customer accounts to deliver value and growth. You will establish and nurture a data-driven culture within the team and the organization. Additionally, you will have personnel responsibility for your team, including tasks such as competence development, work conditions, performance/salary reviews, and handling legal aspects. It will be your responsibility to create an environment where all your team members can develop and perform at their best. You will also hold overall responsibility for revenue and profitability within the sector, ultimately contributing to the success of our organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of overall Information Technology industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering solutions and managing large, cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, logistics/supply-chain, innovation, or equivalent.
• Previous experience with personnel responsibility is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in working directly towards customers and with business development.

• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, in both English and Swedish.
