Coach

Join Fortum as a Coach and help Customer Advisors excel! As a Coach you provide support and training to Customer Advisors in order to develop their skills and expertise according to the Fortum's Customer experience strategy. 

In this role you will

• Be responsible for coaching framework execution in different areas of expertise such as Sales, CX Quality, Processes, Softs skills, Products and Systems using.​  

• Actively coach Customer Advisors based on the coaching/development plans​.  

• Actively interact with teams and Customer Advisors to drive performance and skill development on the floor.​  

• Actively co-listen customer calls to validate quality and identify new areas for improvement​.  

80 % of the working time is used for the coaching of Customer advisors interface, 20% for planning.  

You have

• 2+ years successful coaching experience in the customer interface​.  

• Coaching competence: you are familiar with coaching process and different coaching methods​.  

• Professional skills: knowledge of products, processes, systems and agreed methods (Fortum Way-of-working)​.  

• Negotiations and interaction skills as well as inquiry and observation skills​.  

• Target oriented, analytical and structured​ mindset.  

• You are self-driven & innovative person with a high-level of empathy.  

• Fluent in English is mandatory in this role.
