The Content Marketer plays a key role in driving our brand’s digital
presence and engagement through strategic content creation and social media
management. By combining creative design skills with content expertise, they will
develop and execute compelling visual and written content that resonates with our
target audience across all digital channels.
This role is responsible for driving the
content agenda forward across brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and
employer branding efforts while consistently pioneering modern content formats and
distribution strategies for B2B engagement. Through strategic planning and
execution, they will create impactful marketing materials and content initiatives that
enhance our brand position and create value for our customers, advancing our
content execution with contemporary approaches that set new standards in B2B
communication.
What you will do
Content Creation & Design Management
- Execute creative strategies in alignment with messaging framework and brand visual identity.
- Create engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, and animations for various marketing channels.
- Make sure our brand identity is clear in all visual communications across teams, e.g., social media, website, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop and execute content plans for campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives in collaboration with relevant roles and teams.
- Manage initiatives and projects with design agencies and other creative partners.
- Support in creation and maintaining/updating sales enablement content.
- Handle design requests from internal stakeholders and maintain consistent brand standards.
- Define and follow up on KPIs and goals to ensure we deliver on content strategy initiatives.
Drive Social Media Engagement and Execution

Create and manage content across all social media platforms aligned with our messaging framework and content pillars.
- Drive & develop the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting across all channels.
- Translate our products and solutions into visually appealing content for diverse audiences.
- Monitor platform analytics and engagement metrics to optimize content performance.
- Support marketing team and other functions in social media best practices and guidelines.
- Define and refine KPIs and goals for social media activities.
- Manage community engagement and maintain brand voice in all interactions.
Creative Asset Management

Coordinate with creative agencies related to new and ongoing projects.
- Continuously develop and maintain visual asset library and templates for easy access by all teams.
- Ensure brand guidelines are regularly updated and implemented across the organization.
Performance Metrics
- Set and ensure the right metrics and KPIs are in place to effectively evaluate
success.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content and social media efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Provide regular reports and insights on content metrics and their impact on business goals.
Who you are
This role requires a dynamic professional who can drive engagement through
innovative content strategies and leverage cutting-edge technologies to optimize communication efforts across all job aspects.
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing or social media management.
- Creating social media & content for B2B companies.
- Proven track record in visual design and content creation.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, social media management tools, and content platforms.
