Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who thrives in customer service, has a passion for tech, and enjoys working in a structured and organized way. If you’re driven, solution-oriented, and eager to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

We help large organizations, the public sector and resellers of consumer electronics to become more circular in the way they think and act. To be specific, we provide our partners and customers with different services that help them to manage mobile phones, computers and other tech devices in a way that is both cost-efficient and sustainable. We call it Circular Tech.

Your responsibilities
As a Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting our clients by acting as a first point of contact for their IT asset disposition requests and inquiries. Your focus will be on providing high-quality service, ensuring smooth case handling, and coordinating solutions efficiently.

Additionally, you will:

  • Handle incoming client requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Provide first-line support and guide clients through the IT asset disposition process.
  • Support the sales team and account managers with information and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain close communication with existing clients while identifying opportunities to strengthen the relationship.
  • Coordinate logistics for local and global collections.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of all client interactions and asset activities.
  • Collaborate with external partners and subcontractors to secure timely and correct deliverables.
  • Perform various ad hoc tasks to support the service desk and overall business operations.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where you can structure, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Previous experience from a support, service desk, or coordination role, preferably involving direct client interaction.
  • A structured and organized way of working, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and case management systems (experience with Multicase, ServiceNow and Salesforce is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills and a service-minded approach, with the ability to create trust and build lasting client relationships.
