We’re excited to expand our Credit team and are looking to hire several Credit Analysts at various levels! This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the core of our business, where you’ll play a key role in assessing and managing credit risks while contributing to our sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial and credit analysis of clients, ensuring thorough assessment of risk and repayment capacity.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for internal decision-making.
• Monitor existing credit portfolios to identify potential risks and suggest proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to develop tailored lending solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions that may impact credit risk.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s risk policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform analysis using industry-leading methods and applying a “teas-and-learn” approach.
• Monitor the performance of Credit Risk strategies on an ongoing basis. Provide regular commentary and insights to stakeholders on performance against expectations, trends and emerging risk/opportunities.
• Develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

On a personal level

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Credit Analyst, preferably within the banking industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Familiarity with credit risk assessment frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience working with various types of decision-making systems or credit preparation systems, software development, or equivalent.
• Strong technical understanding, likely from previous hands-on technical work as well as leading projects or organizations in technology development
• Have experience of SAS/SQL/JavaScript or a comparable programming language.
• Have attention to detail but also the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and to work toward set deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
