What this role is really about
Your core mission is to find, create, and grow meaningful business opportunities.
In practice, that means you will:
Proactively identify opportunities within existing customers and new logos
Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
Engage customers in dialogue, coaching, and sparring around their business and technology challenges
Position Sofigate as the partner who:
Lead and execute transformations
Provide strong interim and advisory leadership when needed
Deliver scalable solutions using platforms like ServiceNow and Salesforce
Grow Sofigate’s role from initial engagement into a strategic, long-term partnership
Once you open the door and establish trust, you work closely with our consultants, leaders, and platform experts to deliver results that outperform competitors.
What we expect from you
You are a commercially driven professional who understands that complex deals are built through insight, influence, and relationships, not pressure.
You likely bring:
A strong track record in consultative or transformation-related sales
Experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders
The ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure where none exists yet
Genuine curiosity about technology, AI, and how platforms enable business change
Comfort combining strategic discussions with concrete commercial outcomes
Experience with digital transformation programs and platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce is a strong advantage, especially when combined with advisory or leadership-led sales.
You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, and you bring a relevant professional network that helps accelerate opportunities.
Your responsibilities
Own and grow a small number of focused customer relationships
Drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding Sofigate’s footprint in accounts
Create new opportunities by engaging customers proactively, not waiting for tenders
Act as the commercial lead, orchestrating Sofigate’s experts around the customer
Contribute customer insight back into our service and offering development
