ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for protecting the company's sensitive information and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of their systems and data. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization against cyber threats and attacks. You
will report directly to the CSO.

Responsibilities include: 

• Implement cyber security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in their systems. 
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. 
• Install, configure, and maintain security tools and software, such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems. 
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of our technology infrastructure. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats, trends, and technologies, and make recommendations for improving their security posture.
• Manage and work closely with their MDR-solutions.

WHO ARE YOU?

To be successful in this role we believe that you have: 

• Minimum 5 years experience working in cyber security, with a strong understanding of information security principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, and vulnerability assessment tools. 
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP)
• Fluency in English 

It is also beneficial if you are familiar with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001. 

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE/HAVE: 

• Analytical and a problem solver, with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
